Connection between "Crave" and Nepalese human resources

Currently, about 90% of foreign nationals are Nepalese nationals (not a status of residence of a specific skill), and they are still working together as important companions.
In 2019, our staff themselves went to Nepal to give job hunting seminars, online seminars, and advice for working in Japan at a local Japanese language school, and the number of Nepalese nationals has gradually increased.
In cooperation with a local Japanese language school, it is possible to introduce human resources with excellent results, mainly those with a status of residence of "SSW".
In addition, full-time Nepalese staff members in the head office play an active role as a conduit between Japanese and foreign staff, making full use of the three languages of Japanese, English, and their native Nepali language.

FAQ

Can I go to Japan as soon as I pass the Specified skilled Test and the Japanese language test?

Passing the exam does not mean that you can go to Japan. After that, it is necessary to pass the interview of Crave, which is a Registered Support Organization, and the interview of the referral destination.

If the candidate became "hired", how long will it take to go to Japan?

Normally, it takes about two months from visa applied date to get a permit, after you passed the interview, and the decision to hire.  But due to the influence of covid-19, it is expected to take longer than usual.
